Pricing FAQ

Questions before you choose a plan.

Review how service counts, production changes, onboarding, and enterprise deployment are handled.

Can we evaluate ReleaseAtlas before choosing a plan?

Yes. Request a product walkthrough to review your production environment, change sources, release workflow, and target operating model before selecting a plan.

What counts as a service?

A service is a separately tracked production component, such as an application service, worker, API, customer-facing workload, or independently owned platform component. Final counting rules are confirmed during onboarding.

What counts as a change?

A change is a normalized production event collected from a connected source, such as a deployment, infrastructure update, database migration, permission adjustment, configuration update, or feature release.

Can we change plans as our environment grows?

Plan selection can be reviewed as service count, monthly change volume, retention, security, or deployment requirements evolve. Commercial details are confirmed directly with ReleaseAtlas.

Can ReleaseAtlas run in a customer-managed AWS environment?

Customer-managed AWS deployment is an Enterprise option and is assessed against security, networking, regional, and operational requirements during solution design.

Does this page process payments?

No. Pricing buttons open the demo request page. The website does not accept card details, charge users, or create a subscription.
