No product contract is formed here. The current website does not process payments, create customer accounts, transmit form submissions to ReleaseAtlas, or provide production ReleaseAtlas software. Any future service relationship requires separate written terms.

1. Agreement and scope

By accessing this public website, you agree to use it in a lawful manner and in accordance with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply only to the public website; they are not customer subscription terms, a service-level agreement, a data-processing agreement, or a security commitment.

2. Prototype status

ReleaseAtlas is presented here as a production change control platform under development. Product interfaces, integrations, statuses, plan details, security controls, deployment options, and roadmap descriptions may change. Website content should not be treated as a guarantee that a capability is generally available or suitable for a particular environment.

Contact and demo forms are non-transmitting prototypes. Submitting them runs browser-native validation and does not send entered values to ReleaseAtlas. Use the published email address if you want to make a real inquiry.

3. Permitted use

You may view, link to, and use the site for legitimate evaluation, research, and communication about ReleaseAtlas. You may not:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass site security;
  • use automated access in a way that materially interferes with the site or others;
  • misrepresent an affiliation with ReleaseAtlas;
  • copy site content to impersonate the company or market a confusingly similar service;
  • submit malicious code, credentials, secrets, or unlawful material; or
  • use the site in violation of applicable rules or another person’s rights.

4. Content and intellectual property

The ReleaseAtlas name, logo treatment, website design, original copy, diagrams, and product concepts shown on the site may be protected by intellectual property and unfair-competition rules. Except for ordinary browsing, linking, and fair evaluation, no license is granted to reproduce or commercialize those materials without permission.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you should provide only information you have the right to share. A separate written agreement should govern confidential material or a formal development relationship.

5. Sample case studies and prototype metrics

FinoraPay, NovaCommerce, CloudFleet, and MedAxis are fictional demonstration scenarios. Their names, narratives, and metrics are visibly labeled as sample content and are not verified customer references, endorsements, or promises of results.

Actual outcomes depend on technical architecture, operating discipline, data quality, integration coverage, policy design, implementation, and many other factors. Do not cite sample metrics as evidence of production performance.

6. Third-party names, links, and services

The site may refer or link to third-party products such as AWS, GitHub, Terraform, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Datadog, Grafana, Slack, and others to explain intended interoperability. Those names belong to their respective owners. A reference does not imply partnership, endorsement, certification, or current connector availability.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and security. ReleaseAtlas is not responsible for their content or operation.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The public site is provided for general information and prototype evaluation. It may contain errors, become unavailable, or change without notice. While ReleaseAtlas aims for clear and accurate content, the site is provided without a promise that every statement is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your purpose.

Nothing on this website is legal, compliance, security, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating production risks and obtaining advice appropriate to your organization.

8. Responsibility for use

You are responsible for how you rely on or use website information. To the extent permitted in the applicable context, ReleaseAtlas should not be responsible for indirect or consequential harm arising solely from use of this informational prototype website. Any enforceable allocation of liability for a future product must be set out in a separate written agreement.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to the site or terms

The site and these terms may be revised as the product develops. The latest posted version applies to subsequent website use. Material commercial or product terms should be agreed separately rather than introduced only through a website update.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@releaseatlas.com. Security reports should be sent to security@releaseatlas.com.
