Current prototype behavior: Contact and demo forms use browser-native validation only. Their fields do not have submission names, so entered values are not transmitted to or stored by ReleaseAtlas when the form is submitted.

1. Scope and status

This Privacy Policy applies to the public pages at releaseatlas.com that link to it. The site currently presents a product and design prototype. It does not describe an active customer account service, paid subscription, or production data-processing platform.

If ReleaseAtlas introduces account services, server-backed forms, product telemetry, customer integrations, or other material processing, this notice should be updated before those features are made available.

2. Information handled

Information you choose to provide

You may contact ReleaseAtlas directly by email. An email provider will process the address, message content, and any other information you include. Do not send credentials, secrets, production logs, payment data, or other sensitive information through a general inquiry.

The visible contact and demo forms are non-transmitting prototype interfaces. Information entered into them remains in your browser unless your browser or device independently stores form history or autofill data.

Standard website request data

Hosting, network, and security providers may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site. Depending on their configuration, this can include an IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device details, referring page, and security events. ReleaseAtlas should configure providers to minimize this data and retain it only as needed for operations and security.

Cookies and similar technologies

The current static prototype does not include analytics, advertising scripts, or app-owned tracking code. See the Cookie Policy for details and for the distinction between site code and essential hosting behavior.

3. How information may be used

Information received through direct email or standard site operations may be used to:

  • respond to inquiries and requested conversations;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the public website;
  • detect abuse, fraud, or threats to the website and its users;
  • understand product interest when a person chooses to contact ReleaseAtlas;
  • maintain appropriate business and security records; and
  • meet applicable obligations or respond to valid legal requests.

ReleaseAtlas should not use inquiry information for unrelated automated decision-making or sell personal information.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by vendors that provide website hosting, network delivery, security, and email services. Those providers should receive only the information necessary to perform their functions and should be subject to appropriate contractual and security controls before production launch.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, respond to a valid legal process, or support a corporate transaction with appropriate safeguards. ReleaseAtlas does not present the prototype website as participating in data-broker or cross-context behavioral advertising activity.

5. Retention

Direct inquiry records should be retained only as long as needed to answer the request, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet applicable requirements. Standard request and security logs should use limited retention appropriate to their operational purpose.

No retention period is promised for a future ReleaseAtlas product in this prototype notice. Product retention options must be documented separately before customer data is processed.

6. Security

ReleaseAtlas intends to apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards proportionate to the information handled. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. People contacting ReleaseAtlas should use an appropriate channel and avoid including production credentials or secrets.

Security concerns can be reported to security@releaseatlas.com. The website does not claim an unverified certification, audit, or regulatory approval.

7. International processing

Website and email service providers may operate in more than one country. As the production service model develops, ReleaseAtlas should document where information is processed and apply appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for relevant transfers.

8. Your choices

You may choose not to send a direct inquiry. You can also configure browser controls for cookies, local form history, autofill, and other device-level features. If you have a question about information you previously sent by email, contact info@releaseatlas.com with enough context to identify the request.

Rights can vary depending on the applicable context and location. ReleaseAtlas should evaluate and respond to a request under the rules that apply, rather than making a universal legal promise in this prototype notice.

9. Changes to this notice

This notice may change as the website and product develop. A revised version should show a new “Last updated” date and explain material changes when appropriate. Production data collection should not begin without a notice that accurately describes it.
